1. About the Service

ModongStation is a marketplace for prompt-based virtual products and creative resources. It gives creators a channel to upload, showcase, and sell works, and gives buyers ways to browse, purchase, copy, and use prompts and related digital content.

The platform may provide AI-assisted generation, smart customization, previews, recommendation ranking, payment settlement, and creator review. By registering, accessing, purchasing, or using any platform feature, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Content Policy, Creator Agreement, and related platform rules.

Prompts, templates, previews, and AI-assisted results are tools and references only. They are not legal, financial, medical, investment, employment, exam, or other professional advice, and are not guaranteed to produce identical results in any third-party AI tool.

2. Accounts and Use

You must provide truthful, accurate registration information and keep your account and login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, infringe others' lawful rights, disrupt normal operation, crack, scrape, or abuse interfaces, bypass license checks, bulk-download, resell, or share paid content.

Minors should use the platform only with guardian consent and guidance, and should use AI and digital content services reasonably.

3. Digital Delivery and Refunds

Prompt works, membership rights, lifetime access, copyable text, downloadable files, online previews, and smart customization results are online-delivered digital goods or digital content services. Once payment succeeds and your account can view, copy, download, unlock, use, or access the relevant content, delivery is deemed completed or service performance has begun.

Because prompts and digital content are delivered instantly and can be copied, downloaded, saved, and used irreversibly, they are not eligible for seven-day no-reason refunds after successful delivery or activation, except where mandatory law requires otherwise, the platform expressly promises otherwise, a duplicate charge occurs, delivery fails, the work materially differs from its description, platform fault makes it unusable, or other legally required circumstances apply.

The platform will clearly state non-eligibility for seven-day no-reason refunds on product detail, checkout, or order confirmation flows and require your active confirmation before purchase. Without valid confirmation, the platform will not use this rule to refuse a no-reason return request that must be supported by law.

If you believe an order was not delivered, was charged by mistake, materially differs from the description, was removed for infringement, is affected by technical fault, or otherwise requires handling by law, you may submit an after-sales request through order records or contact us. We may provide redelivery, repair, replacement, refund, takedown, or other reasonable remedies after reviewing delivery records, copy records, descriptions, logs, support records, and applicable law.

4. Purchase License and Use Limits

After purchasing a work, you receive a license to use the prompt within the scope described and selected. Unless the work or platform separately authorizes it, you may not resell, publicly redistribute, share it through cloud drives or communities, train competing datasets, split or transfer it, or list it as your own original work.

Different license types may cover personal learning, commercial projects, client delivery, team use, or redistribution differently. You should confirm the license scope before purchasing and are responsible for use beyond that scope.

You are responsible for verifying the legality, truthfulness, commercial usability, and third-party rights risks of outputs generated from prompts in third-party AI tools, and for complying with those tools' terms, content policies, output ownership rules, and commercial-use restrictions.

5. AI Compliance and Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform or platform content to generate, create, copy, publish, or spread information that endangers national security, disrupts social stability, disturbs economic or social order, or infringes reputation, portrait, privacy, personal information, intellectual property, or other lawful rights.

You may not use platform content to create fake news, false identities, deepfake fraud, unlawful marketing, pornography, violence, terrorism, gambling, scams, discrimination, hate, malicious code, cyberattacks, security bypasses, trade secret infringement, or other unlawful content.

Where AI-generated or synthetic content is involved, you must apply explicit or implicit labels as required by law and platform rules, and must not delete, tamper with, forge, or conceal AI content labels. When uploading or publishing AI-generated or synthetic content on the platform, you must actively declare it and use the labeling or disclosure functions we provide.

If the platform detects unlawful content, infringing content, abnormal transactions, API abuse, or AI safety violations, it may issue warnings, require edits, limit copying or downloading, delist works, pause transactions, freeze earnings, restrict features, suspend accounts, retain records, or report to competent authorities as permitted by law and contract.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform's marks, page design, program code, and platform-provided content are the intellectual property of the platform or the respective rights holders, and may not be used without permission.

Copyright in works uploaded by creators belongs to the creators or lawful rights holders. Creators grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display, promote, distribute, review, recommend, handle after-sales matters, and retain risk-control records for those works within the service.

You represent that all text, images, videos, fonts, code, model outputs, assets, and data you upload, publish, sell, or submit to the platform have lawful sources and do not infringe third-party rights. Upon receiving a reasonable infringement notice, the platform may remove, block, disconnect, delist, or freeze settlement as necessary.

7. Personal Information and Data Security

The platform processes your account, transaction, work, AI interaction, log, and risk-control information under the Privacy Policy. You should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information in prompts, works, or support communications.

To complete payments, SMS verification, CAPTCHA, cloud storage, AI model calls, content review, and safety controls, the platform may lawfully share necessary information with third-party providers and require them to process it only for agreed purposes and scope.

8. Complaints and Disputes

The platform provides channels for complaints, reports, and after-sales handling. You may contact us about infringement, unlawful content, personal information, transaction disputes, AI content labeling, or account security.

The platform will process matters based on the completeness of materials, platform records, laws, and platform rules. We may pursue responsibility for malicious complaints, false materials, refund abuse, or extortion.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is," with no warranty that any work is fit for your particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating and bearing the results of using any work.

AI outputs are probabilistic, not fully predictable, and vary across third-party tools. The platform does not guarantee that prompts will produce the same effect across all models, versions, regions, accounts, parameters, or network environments, or that outputs will be error-free, non-infringing, or commercially usable.

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party service interruptions, payment provider issues, third-party AI tool policy changes, model capability changes, use beyond license scope, or causes not attributable to the platform.

10. Changes, Termination, and Governing Law

The platform may update these terms in response to laws, regulations, or business adjustments, and will notify you through in-app notices or on-page announcements. Continuing to use the service after an update is deemed acceptance of the changes.

If you breach these terms or related rules, the platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate services depending on the circumstances. Settlement, after-sales, infringement, confidentiality, and liability obligations for completed transactions survive account termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Disputes arising from these terms or platform services should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they may be submitted to a competent people's court as permitted by law.
