TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026. By using MotionStation, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.

1. About the Service

MotionStation is a prompt marketplace that gives creators a channel to upload, showcase, and sell their works, and gives buyers a way to browse, purchase, and use those works.

By registering an account or accessing any feature of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and the related rules published by the platform.

2. Accounts and Use

You must provide truthful, accurate registration information and keep your account and login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use the platform for any unlawful activity, infringe the lawful rights of others, or disrupt the platform's normal operation or crack or abuse its interfaces.

3. Purchases and Licensing

After purchasing a work, you receive a license to use the prompt within the scope described and licensed. Unless a work states otherwise, you may not resell, publicly redistribute, or list the purchased work as your own original creation.

Digital works are generally non-refundable once successfully delivered. If a work seriously differs from its description or has quality issues, you may request handling under the platform's after-sales rules.

4. Intellectual Property

The platform's marks, page design, program code, and platform-provided content are the intellectual property of the platform or the respective rights holders, and may not be used without permission.

Copyright in works uploaded by creators belongs to the creators; creators grant the platform a license to display, promote, and distribute their works within the scope of the service.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is," with no warranty that any work is fit for your particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating and bearing the results of using any work.

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party service interruptions, or other causes not attributable to the platform.

6. Changes and Termination

The platform may update these terms in response to laws, regulations, or business adjustments, and will notify you through in-app notices or on-page announcements. Continuing to use the service after an update is deemed acceptance of the changes.

If you breach these terms or related rules, the platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate the service provided to you depending on the circumstances.
